• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Responsible for all government related paperwork and correspondences
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labor relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address an organization's human resource requirements;
• Recruitment, prepare the recruitment process including: identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post advertisements, collect and screen applications, advise job applicants on employment requirements and conditions of employment, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, do the interviews, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers and contracts;
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit program;
• Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary scales and competency appraisal measures and systems. Established and built Jobedu pay scale system (pay grades and pay steps)
• Manage programs and maintain human resources information and related records systems;
• Established Evaluation system, monitor staff performance and attendance activities;
• Created Jobedu’s Employee Handbook.
• Basically established Human Resource Department and regulations from A to Z, including internal laws, policies and everything HR related.
• Takes part in meetings, brainstorming, projects/events planning including training schedules
• Handle all Human Resources issues. Needs, and compliances.
• Managing all HR Financials as well as insurance and Social security payments.
• Good knowledge in Social security law and handling S.S from A to Z.

Ambassador’s Personal Assistant/ Social Secretary

• Manage the Ambassador’s office (including coordinate and distribute all classified and unclassified material in and out of the office, screen phone calls and visitors), determine priorities and provide timely and responsive administrative support.
• Manage documentation and inform the Ambassador of matters requiring attention. Research and prepare correspondence in English, speech notes, travel programs, quarterly and annual reports and diplomatic cables as required.
• Liaise on behalf of the Ambassador for contact/appointments both inside and outside the Embassy.
• Liaise with staff of all agencies in the Embassy on behalf of the Ambassador.
• Maintain the Ambassador’s diary and program of appointments.
• Assist with arrangements for visiting Ministers, Parliamentarians and officials.
• Assist with coordination of public diplomacy events including Pakistani Day.
