“MAG Container Lines (L.L.C)” is a member of”MAG Group” which is a leading business group established 36 years ago in UAE. MCL has established in 2005 with a clear target to be recognized in the market and to cope with customers’ needs. MAG Container Lines operates fleet of 4 owned containers’ vessels and runs other chartered as well. We also owned a big fleet of dry and special equipment containers. MCL/UAE provides Feedering, Freight Forwarding, Transshipment, Agency and Ship management services.
1. Doing MIRSAL II ( Clearing ), Claims thru Dubai Trade Portals and Exit Certificate sorting as needed
2. Handling Transshipment, Export and Import Cargo (Manifest, Discharge List and Load List) and monitoring the cargo from Discharging and for loading as well for transshipment cargos.
3. Manifest application thru DPAMAN system (Transshipment and Import Cargo )
4. Requesting NOC for the Discharging Vessels from Slot Operator and arrange the NOC payments two days before berthing to avoid late MRN charges.
5. Handling container inventory from both ports and releasing containers as per customer request.
6. Updating daily the Shipping Oracle in order for us to trace the container status and location
7. Issuing Delivery Order to the Consignee and issuing NOC as well.
8. Perform other related functions from Operations, Equipment Control Department, Data Entry and Clearing Dept. as needed.
1. Welcomes and register members and guests in hotel computer system.
2. Assign rooms and issue room keys.
3. Provide information about services available in the hotel and in the area.
4. Receive payments for guest-room accounts.
5. Respond to reservation inquiries.
6 Answer telephones and take down the messages.
7. Handle guest's mail.
8. Handle party bookings & other related F&B functions
9. Deal with guests complaints
10. Other task as assigned by supervisor
