• Manage parked and blocked invoices, following up with vendors and internal stakeholders to clear up
issues and maintain an efficient invoice lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to streamline invoice processing workflows, reducing
turnaround times and enhancing vendor relationships.
• Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting
system
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries to maintain strong supplier relationships
• Manage employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and strengthening internal controls

• Responsible for the payments for the service providers in the EU countries and issuing credit notes for
the distributors.
• Responsible for the monthly analysis for these countries, preparing periodic reports on customer
status and payments due.
• Analyze unpaid invoices and make recommendations to management.
Review complaints or inquiries from customers regarding invoices; resolve financial disputes
• in cooperation with other departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding the billing and collection process.
• Generate and analyze reports related to cash application activities.
