• Costing & Quotation
Reply all inquiry for Special Taylor made FIT or Groups and Incentive

• Packaging
Create product for Indonesia, Malaysia, and other far East market (FIT & GIT )

• Marketing ( Sales Trip )
Maintain Good business relationship with all supporting agents by visiting them

• Reservation & Operation
Book room, Excursion, Restaurant, Guide and all related for incoming booking and coordinate with other related department

• Hotel’s Contracting
Make sure all hotels in our selling list is available with Update rate and differentiate based on Yearly Contract and Adhoc Rate for Asian Market Except Japan

• Supervise Reservation
Make sure all bookings will be reply not more than 24 Hours

Assist if there any trouble in getting rooms ( negotiate with other similar hotel to get same rate )

• Costing & Quotation
Reply all inquiry for Special Taylor made FIT or Groups and Incentive




• Packaging
Create adhoc product ( valid 6 months ) for Different Country in different currency ie Malaysia in Malaysia Ringgit, Singapore in Singapore Dollar and others market ie Middle East, India, Portugal and Argentina in US Dollar

Create Different Product for all above countries based on interest

• Product Updating
Update to all supporting oversea agent if there any new activity or place of interest in Bali by creating any packages related with this new update place

Inspection all New Property ( Hotel ) and Trial on some New Activity for product awareness

• Marketing ( Sales Trip & Joint Travel Fair )
Maintain Good business relationship with all supporting agents by giving best service to all passenger to avoid any complain

Handling Complain in such away by solving problem

Sales Visit to Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, India to maintain relationship and updating all product

Joint & Creating special Package to Participate in Travel Fair ( Matta, Natas, ATM and Others ) to get New Contact and Maintain Relationship with all supporting Agent
