Job Description :
•Responsible to the completion of all tenders for submission under Tendering department in Qatar. Attend inquiries and clarifications to the Client for tendering purposes. Liase to the subcontractors and suppliers to gather offer and cost of materials to be used during tendering and coordinate to the Supply chain management. Review and check direct cost of any tender for finalization to the management. Prepare related tender documents required to incorporate to the required TECHNICAL PROPOSAL of any tender attended.
•Study the tender drawings, bill of quantities, and specifications in relation to the project documents and contract requirements.
•Prepare enquiries based on specifications, drawings and quantities provided
by Estimation / QS department. Receive quotations and offers from different
suppliers and sub-contractors, study and call for technical meetings with
suppliers / sub-contractors to meet requirements and make comparison
sheet for each items.
•Study and review the whole bid package to familiarize and correlate drawings,

•Study and prepare indirect cost analysis to include site office and furniture, plant and equipment, supervision cost, project site expenses such as work insurances, worker’s insurance, medical requirements, transportation, etc. as needed and include in site expenses.
•Summarize commercial bid and technical proposal to present and fulfill client requirement, and to be presented to the high management for approval.

•Study and prepare indirect cost analysis to include site office and furniture, plant and equipment, supervision cost, project site expenses such as work insurances, worker’s insurance, medical requirements, transportation, etc. as needed and include in site expenses.
•Summarize commercial bid and technical proposal to present and fulfill client requirement, and to be presented to the high management for approval.
•After completing and summarize all requirements for commercial bid and technical proposal of any project, I used to have a brainstorming discussion with the high management to make strategical decision of putting right mark-up being competitive and at winning side to have the project.

•Prepare enquiries based on specifications, drawings and quantities provided by Estimation / QS department. Receive quotations and offers from different suppliers and sub-contractors. Study and call for technical meetings with suppliers / sub-contractors to meet the project requirements, and make comparison sheets for evaluations.
•Submit materials submittals as per approved procurement plan and attached compliance sheets in correlation of project specifications prior to approval.
•Utilized and supervised the cost budgeting and procurement scheme of the project along with quality assurance of all materials and work workmanship to the benefit of the project as per Client requirements.

Job Description :
•Prepared all detailed calculations needed to any progress payment
certificates for this project, civil works, mechanical works, and electrical
works including pipelines and telemetric cables installed.
•Identify variations to contracts after review of contract agreement and
approved construction drawings, prepare details on additions and savings
for the whole project and make variations calculation and make ready all the
