* Implementation of material conformity for on going
construction works based on local and international
codes and standards (ASME, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA)
by reviewing and assisting in Material Submittals
prepararion for the project.
* Implement trackers for Non Conformances, inspection
requests & internal and external trainings.
QUALITY CONTROL :
* Conduct checks that includes ongoing construction
work, material deliveries to the site and off-site testing
and inspection and produce surveillance reports, Non-
Conformance Reports and Verification of corrective
actions.
* Monitor inspection activities for ongoing works in order
to implement Quality Control procedures.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING :
* Preparation and review of testing and commissioning
procedures for mechanical systems and services.
* Conducted flushing and chemical treatment for wet
services in order to obtain acceptable 3rd party
laboratory testing results.
* Integrity test for fire protection - FM 200 (clean agent)
system.
* Air balancing for HVAC System.
* Water balancing for wet services.
INTERNAL & CLIENT AUDITS :
* Performed internal audits based on audit checklist to
maintain the Quality requirements as per ISO, Project
Quality Plan and company’s Audit plans.
* Conducted audits as an auditee as per clients Audit
plans to ensure customer satisfaction.

utilities (Chilled water - Pre insulated GRP pipe, Fire
Protection - GRE pipe, Domestic Water - PPR pipe,
Drainage - GRP pipes) and internal above ground

protection - GI and CS pipe, Domestic Water Supply -
