Responsibilities:
 Full scope of Audit and Finalization of Accounts.
 Planning, execution and finalization of audit assignments as per the requirements of International Standards on Auditing and pronouncements of local regulatory bodies.
 Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
 Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.

 Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.

 Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local laws and regulations.
 Performed all record keeping and documentation tasks.
 Managed and maintained various documents regarding asset management.
 Ensured asset disposition plans are completed for all loans.
 Played key role in numerous lead-managed equity transactions.
 Worked closely with management to optimize data pertaining to companies under coverage.
 Assessed business development opportunities and suggested course of action to senior management.
 Analytical review of financial statements.
 Finalization of management letters identifying control weaknesses, its implications and recommendations.
 Documented and carried-out assessments and suggested improvements in internal control systems.
 Compilation of financial statements for management purposes.
