Responsibilities:
Full scope of Audit and Finalization of Accounts.
Planning, execution and finalization of audit assignments as per the requirements of International Standards on Auditing and pronouncements of local regulatory bodies.
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local laws and regulations.
Performed all record keeping and documentation tasks.
Managed and maintained various documents regarding asset management.
Ensured asset disposition plans are completed for all loans.
Played key role in numerous lead-managed equity transactions.
Worked closely with management to optimize data pertaining to companies under coverage.
