Installation & troubleshooting of Lync, database applications, clients & digital certificates.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with other departments/organization
/clients ensuring department/ organization image is well-received and presented
positively & professionally.
Managing the Server & Provide user’s technical support, analyze and troubleshoot networking & hardware problems that cause operational delays.
Overall Maintenance of Network, Inventory of installed Hardware at NSC Level.
Fault Identification & rectification in OS, Application, Software, Server, PCs and manage WAN installed at NSC with the help of Top Level Team.
Manage whole database of the branch on Oracle SQL Server.
Providing System Support to the Staff.
Consult with network team about how to solve existing problems.
Perform daily backup of the System and Server, Responsible to run the software (Main Application) at NSC counters.
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components
Handle Other Hardware Related Issues.
o Operate the company’s SIP Phones (VoIP), Manage call Recordings and inventory data on a daily basis, and generate reports for management.
o NOC reporter for Mobil ink services 303, 2020, 7010, 8040, Telenor 6767&7879, Warid 3030.
o Daily hourly testing and report to management team
o Perform daily polling, daily backup of the system.
o Configured wireless LAN for more efficient network performance.
o Confer with network users about how to solve existing problems.
o Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components
o Provide users’ technical support, analyze and troubleshoot problems that cause operational delays
o Establish a client complaint record for tracking problems and solutions.
