Appointed as the Project Director for the PIPDS Maintenance and Repair Project at Hamad International Airport. In this capacity, the following tasks and responsibilities were managed:
• Managed the Airport Perimeter Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems. This included surveillance cameras, radars, gates, crash gates, and access control.
• Worked on the PSIM, video analytics and other support systems.
• Worked with various contractors, international and local vendors and suppliers who have installed and still maintaining the systems described above.
• Provided SLA’s for the systems and coordinated the same with the Airport authority and Ministry of Interior.
• Liaison with suppliers, vendors and third parties needed for after sales service and warranties.
• Prepared, signed and worked with Vendors Service Agreements.
• Conducted all documentation with the Client and the Project management team including contractual correspondence, payment certificates, submittals, etc.
• Proposed solutions and workarounds to incidents and issues to assure systems continuity and the minimum of interruptions within the SLA time frames.

Project in Jericho. The client was Austrian Cap Holding Ltd. and the
designer consultant was CDS of Austria.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executed all external mechanical utilities: Storm water, potable
water, fire, and irrigation, oil, and sewage lines with all related
elements. Work included trenching, laying, testing, backfilling and
handing over.
• Executed all internal plumbing: sanitary, fire piping and cabinets,
and fire sprinkler lines inside the four stories Casino building.
• Partnered and supervised the work of a specialized sub-contractor
(Tarmac of England) for the construction and erection of a water
purification plant.
• Evaluated, priced and bid for tenders.
• Carried out the construction and handing over several successful
bids.

Supervised the overall running of the construction division with regard to
technical and financial aspects. Responsibilities included:
• Evaluating and pricing tenders.
