Previously serving as a Sales Coordinator, I now hold the position of Warehouse Supervisor, overseeing the
following responsibilities:
• Efficiently managing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Implementing inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

• Accountable for preparing quotations and coordinating estimations with the technical team.
• Responsible for creating, updating, and amending purchase orders based on customer purchase orders shared by the Sales Team.
• Coordinating with Finance and Sales to release customer orders and purchase orders.
• Ensuring the conversion of sales orders or purchase orders into work orders and sharing them with the planning team to confirm the production date.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Logistics/Warehouse Team to ship goods to customers on the required date or call off date.
• Responsible for daily sales reporting, including month-to-date sales per product type in MT & SAR compared to the plan, actual orders on hand versus planned fulfillment, and tracking new orders that are not yet in the system, as well as order aging. Daily submission of sales order tracking.
• Responsible for creating department purchase requisitions as needed.
• Responsible for monthly order fulfillment reporting to compare orders on hand fulfillment versus planned production, identifying gaps causing delays or partial deliveries, and tracking order durations.
• Accountable for monitoring the departments costs and sales activity expenses.
• Responsible for initiating continuous cost-saving initiatives and ideas to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce variable costs.
Management:
Responsible for tracking shipping documents to ensure that all deliveries are received by customers and payment collections are later accepted.
