Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing & discussing TOC, LOI, LOA, involvement in all contractual details, performance bond guarantee & security cheque with full Coordinating with the Contracts & our Financial departments. Managing & arrange all MEP activities engineering works & finalized with consultant. (including subcontractors’ pre-qualifications, materials, shop drawings, MEP coordination & RCP drawings to proceed the MEP activities smoothly in the project. Attending weekly project meetings (technical, progress, preconstruction, week look ahead) with the main Contractor, Consultant & Client to ensure that all the Project key issues are discussed and closed-out. Monitoring project budgets and schedule and overseeing performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution. Managing all interfaces between various MEP trades and coordinating the MEP trades with the civil and building works. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract documents and that any deviations are recorded in writing between the Consultant and the Contractor. Following Monthly invoices submission & approval, Variation approvals, Suppliers & Subcontractors Payments as per contracts & approved LPO. Preparing & following up NOC submission with relevant authorities (DCD, DM, DEWA, SIERA, ADM & ADEWA) for design, construction & final inspection of projects. Monitoring & close following up the testing, commissioning & handing over documents with regular list for all MEP items in the project.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring the MEP work on site with the activities of inspection agencies through installation, testing,
commissioning, handover and acceptance phases. Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner.
Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project,
chairing as appropriate.
Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best
possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively.
Raise invoices & follow up on collection.

Monitor the site progress and lead the construction team to ensure proper implementation on site in
compliance with project schedule, quality standards, international codes and local regulations.
Follow T&C plan & Deliver all Handing over documents and training to the owner. Review the general
contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction
with Project Lead.
Managed Water Treatment contractors for all works related to water treatment solutions for waste &
black water; utilized experience in GWTP, STP & water treatment solutions.
Facilities Management including accountability for services such as PPM maintenance, cleaning, security
and landscape contracts; provided leadership for whole teams in the property

Job Responsibilities:
Review & Study all HVAC design drawings, materials specifications & BOQ.
Check all FCU’s & FAHU’s heat load Calculations, fans static head, CHW pump head and pipe sizing calculations.
Generated CHW & HVAC shop drawings \[ CHW pipes sizes, duct sizes (Risers, Supply, Return & Ventilation) & air
outlets sizes\] & submission for approval.
Arrange materials submittals with suppliers & submission for consultant approvals.
Allocated manpower and material resources, Followed up and ensured quality of the HVAC & CHWP installation
works, and ensured execute works inprogre ss as per approved MEP coordinate drawings.
Followed up inspections for all pipes, ducts, HVAC equipment’s & Chilled water pressure test inspections
Attend site meetings, submitted weekly and monthly progress report for my MEP manager.
Arrange the monthly invoices for HVAC works done in the site & submit to my manager to include in the MEP total
invoice.
Supervised Testing & Commissioning for the CHWP network, including flushing for the system and the units.
