Manpower & Cost Management: Ensuring mobilization of manpower resources for the project within designated timelines. Monitoring progress of construction against planned timelines. Ensuring effective cost management during the project lifecycle
Clients Relationship: Attending monthly progress meetings with consultant & clients; interacted and built relationships with clients as well as engaged with clients for addressing challenging issues. Quality Assurance: Devising and implementing processes, in line with organizational standards and client specifications; checking and monitoring material quality as well as monitoring sub-contractors’ quality in execution of the work.
Leadership Acumen: Providing inputs to the design, planning and coordination teams before the commencement of the projects.
