• Handling import export and cross trade shipments
• Coordinating with the procurement department to ensure timely shipments as per shipping priorities.
• Insuring timely shipments receipt and clearance with all required documents to minimize cost of customs whenever applicable
• Staying up to date on all local regulations on shipments and customs
• For export shipments, understanding the local regulations at final destination and insuring proper documentation required by relevant countries
• Obtaining quotations from shipping companies
• Calculating shipping costs and recommending best shipping line or alternative shipping methods.
• Finalizing any order relevant to shipping and clearance
• Keeping records of all incoming/outgoing shipments & Informing concerned departments (PM/warehouse/procurement…) of the status of their shipments and sending them relevant documentation and details.

• Coordinating & controlling the order cycle & associated storage & movement of goods between the factory & various sites.
• Maintained high quality of service & an accurate schedule of loading & discharge
• Overseeing dispersion of labor to factory warehouse & site in addition to labor hospitality insurance contracts.
• Analyzing data to monitor performance & plan improvements in delivery & performance of each employee.
• Providing training sessions if and whenever needed.
• Supervise company vehicles
• Negotiate method of payment suitable for the company
• Loading & packing according to standard norm of pacing enabling dispatch with ease along with liner facility agreement.
