Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Improve Properties Sales Numbers in three major ways:
* Direct Contact with Foreign Companies.
* Advertisements in Local Newspapers.
* Listening and Social Media.
2. Identify the needs of clients and match them with
the available options.
3. on-site visits with the clients to maintain their
exact desires.
4. daily inspections of the properties to make sure the specs of the apartments, dependent houses, and villas meet the detailed Specs.
5. Perform Comparisons between market property values to help purchasers get the right price guidance according to their needs.
6. Update on a daily basis the availability of the properties in addition to contracts and closing statements.
7. Nurture liaising with customers to figure out the need for open houses to promote new businesses.

** Note: KEPCO KPS is an International S.Korean Company which is specialized in Electric Power Plants Management, Spread all around the world.

The Plant itself which is called the IPP3 Projects is the biggest Power Plant in the world in size and production rates and works on fuel and gas according to the Guinness Records.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Liaising with the Department's Stakeholders to specify exactly the needs for types of equipment or/and services technically.
2. Estimate the availability of the materials, in other words, should be shipped overseas or they are available in the local markets?
3. Communicate with vendors locally and explain clearly the specs for the materials and if needed datasheet explaining the exact features of the materials.
4. Provide as possible samples for the departments and take formal technical approval.
5. Issuing Purchase request or ( PR) specifying the all regarding information of the materials.
6. Waiting for the PO from the Financial Department which is the in-charge of the cash flows.
7. PO is a contract between us and the vendors showing the date and payment conditions.
8. Receive the materials and recorded them in the warehouse.
9. issuing an inspection report to assure the materials are received.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Pre-sales Engineering Support which includes reliability, loyalty, commitment, creditability, and trust.
2. Prepare Tenders, Proposals, and Quotations for the Clients' Inquiries.
3. Market Research to make a study of competitors' status data ( Prices, Strengths, and Weaknesses).
4. Team working especially with the Regional Sales Manager.
5. Write Weekly Sales Reports and plans.
6. Monitor costs - sales cycles.
7. Improve necessary skills ( Communications skills, risk management in POCs, Persuading, Commercial Awareness)
8. Search for new businesses and achieve targets.
9. Contracts terms and conditions management.
10. ability to explain clearly technical knowledge to offer a short presentation to help customers understand the products and their aspects and listen to their feedback.

**** Perform the needed tests of Concrete such as Strength Test, Slump Test, and Flow Table ( if needed),
