Description: The Musaimeer Tunnel project aims to discharge surface and
stormwater, lowering surface water levels and reducing construction pumping
costs nationwide. It also helps preserve building foundations and minimize land
subsidence from rain.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors for timely preparation and
submission of engineering deliverables
• Oversee preparation, review, and distribution of project construction
snags and handover dossiers
• Develop maintenance schedules, checklists, and compile asset registers
for project handover
• Interface with Ashghal Project Team to ensure compliance with project
requirements
• Expertise in spare parts management and Maintenance ERP software
architecture implementation
• Guide implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for testing
laboratories
• Review and validate design, engineering, and as-built documents for
project accuracy
• Experience with installation and maintenance of 11KV switchgear and
6.6KV VFDs for pumps

QP Project

Description: The scope of this design and build project is to extend Qatar Rail
Footbridge to (Qatar EnergyDistrict).
• Developed Scope of Works, Responsibility Matrices, and technical
packages for subcontractor agreements
• Provided strategic guidance to Procurement, Planning, and Contracts
departments on RFQs, project schedules, Scope of Works, and interfacing.
• Reviewed design, engineering, and as-built documents to ensure project
compliance and accuracy
• Actively resolved site construction challenges and escalations to support
smooth project execution
• Assisted Contracts team with variation claims and managed taking over
documents
• Conducted training sessions for stakeholders and supported QCDD
document uploads

Qatar Rail - Green Line Metro Underground

Description: The Green Line Underground project features six stations, three
switchboxes, a crossover, six escape shafts, a trough, and 18.7 km of twin tunnels.
Qatar Rail has appointed the PSH Joint Venture.
• Led the electrical design and engineering for systems including HVAC, Fire
Alarm, Drainage, Water Supply, & electrical installations across the project
• Managed design calculations for HV/MV/LV cable sizing, protection
coordination, short circuit calculations, CT/VT sizing, earthing, lightning
protection, UPS, and charger sizing
• Performed power supply engineering for low voltage systems within the
rail infrastructure
• Developed electrical architectures, technical specifications, and functional
specifications to ensure smooth system integration and project execution
• Coordinated and managed interfaces between POS MV-LV subsystems
and other subsystems to ensure alignment and seamless integration
• Reviewed engineering documents, including design specifications, MES,
O&M manuals & training materials ensuring adherence to project
standards

Description: The project consists of 32 labor accommodation buildings, 4 dining
halls, masjids, toilet blocks, and 6 substations, all constructed in Qatars new
Industrial Area.
• Manage Electrical Design and Engineering for MEP installations, focusing
on efficient execution and compliance
• Oversee preparation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for each MEP system activity
• Conduct periodic reviews of accomplishments and implement corrective
actions to maintain project standards
• Handle document approval processes for equipment requiring Kahramaa
authorization
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning processes on-site,
collaborating closely with site engineers
• Ensure project efficiency, industry compliance, and alignment with client
requirements

Proposed new R.O. water station at Abu Samra & associated pipelines
Client: Kahramaa; Project Value: 4, 300, 000 (MEP Works)
Description: Constructing a new RO plant, pump house, chlorination system,
emergency tanker filling station, and ancillary facilities. Also, other key projects -MV
panel replacements for the Ministry of Interior, transformer and MV panel
installations at Compass School, and electrical works for three Ashghal schools.
• Design and engineer Electrical, Fire Alarm, Drainage, Water Supply, and
HVAC systems for comprehensive project coverage
• Prepare construction drawings and manage monthly invoicing processes
• Oversee construction management, including installation inspections and
ensuring quality control
• Manage interface with Kahramaa for inspection and energization
processes
• Ensure seamless project execution, compliance with industry standards,
and alignment with client requirements
