➢ Enquiry & Quotation - Review enquiry and prepare and submit quotation and Technical clarification with Customer
➢ Price Finalization- coordination with Manager/ Sales Director For Special price request and sending for Budget.
➢ Compliance & Submittal - prepare and submit to Customer.
➢ Order Processing - prepare the Work orders and process the Order in system. Coordinating OEM Orders .PO issuing to OEM Supplier by Sales Coordinator in coordination with Procurement
➢ Order Acknowledgement &PI- Preparing OA &PI and issue it to Customer.
➢ Modifications on Orders- Coordinate modification request received from Customer on post order stage by resolving Cost and Lead time impact with the Customer
➢ Alternative Items proposal.
➢ Delivery Updates- Coordinating delivery updates to Customer. In case it is not as per agreed lead time escalate to Business Analyst and to Sales Director to get improvement for delayed orders.
➢ Payment Follow Ups Ensuring that Customer has paid as per Order agreed payments terms. payment follow up. Raising PI to Customers for Advance/In process/Balance/PDC Payments. Where payment terms are dealt through LC, should take lead and take support of commercial team to ensure LC is established on time as per negotiated terms and is valid until Order is executed. LC acceptance with Customer.

All design support required for the consultant
* Sending the details to the consultants for approval.
* Email confirmation for receipt of any inquiry to the customer.
* Getting complete information about the project like -Client, consultant, project status and
specified makes, location of area where equipment is going to be installed.
* Reviewing the spec and informing sales Engineer in case spec is not in our favor.
* Arranging compliance statement. All tender jobs should go with hand written compliance
statement.
* Arranging the costing and hand it over to sales engineer for costing review.
* Sending complete inquiry (Schedule, spec) to principles along with compliance statement
which was prepared at tender stage and prepare compliance in word format for job in hand
project.
* Check if the offer received from manufacturer technically meeting project requirement before
handing over to the sales Engineer.
* Provide assistance to customer for any technical clarification.
* Preparing submittal.
* Preparing Reply to consultant’s comments
* Technical review of the LPO received Vs the submittal/reply to comments during LOI stage.
* Preparing O&M manual and Spare parts list as per request of customer.

Checking and preparation of shop drawing system as per standards. ➢ Co-ordination at site with other system. ➢ Installation of system as per approved drawing. ➢ Plans, Schedule, conducts and co-ordinate the technical and management aspect of assigned projects. ➢ Manage the technical supervisors and technicians to get up to date information. ➢ Receive all the equipment, material, tools required and check them with requested order to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items. ➢ Ensure that all necessary material required to start the work for the day has been acquired and made ready at least one or two days and to ensure the quick deployment in at the startof the work tothe time on site. ➢ Ensure that the team on site has Required knowledge for installation, testing and commissioning the system and providing any kind of assistance if required. ➢ Complete all the task Required and requested and report their status during weekly meeting. ➢ Ensure that the standards of installed work in accordance with technical and quality specification of the contract and quality of workmanship is maintained at high standards. ➢ Keep track of order variation on site and co-ordinate with proper personnel. ➢ Resolve all issue that the site team might face during installation, testing and commissioning of project phase. ➢ Approve as built drawing handing over to client ➢ Ensure all works will comply with QHSE rules and regulations.
