As a General Manager, my responsibilities is twofold: strategic and operational. On the strategic side, I develop a ten year strategic plan to ensure comprehensive growth and development and drive initiatives for HSSE, people development and customer satisfaction. On the operational side, I’m responsible for managing and supervising yard operations on site. I’m accountable for financial and non-financial targets, including yearly forecasts, and lead and drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives, such as optimum asset utilization. I also drive the recruitment and performance management measures and in charge of the weekly management of all operational projects including meeting work schedules in terms of HSE & quality.
