Coordinating with shipping agents, transporters and customs clearing agents for smooth daily operations.
Arranging marine insurance & insurance claims in case of any loss or damage in shipments.
Coordinating e-commerce project under for processing online sales of consumer/cosmetic/beauty & nutrition line products on our e-commerce platform.
Communicating with online sales team in Spain for back-end technical support.
Collaborating with local social media agency concurrent to sales/promotion offers.
Successfully handling all activities from customer interaction until after sales service to customers on our platform / sites ( noon.com, amazon.com & marnys-ksa.com )
Quoting RFQs & follow-up purchase requests on e-service portals for our Private & Govt. Customers ( Hospitals viz. DSFH, KFMC, KFAFH, KFSH&RC, National Guard etc ).
Attending meetings/seminars for implementation of new e-services related to purchasing & procurement activities.
Facilitating Tender Dept. for quoting GCC Tenders viz. ( SGH, NUPCO etc. )
Collaborating with Tender Dept. to prepare schedule tracker for timely deliveries in Govt. Hospitals for Tender business.
