Plan, schedule and cost control of EPC projects of Civil
•Developed Control documents, such as, project schedules, progress measurement procedures, project execution strategies, communication & coordination protocols, document control registers, progress
reports etc.
•Carry out progress assessment critically to ensure optimal project performance. Perform critical path
analysis, schedule risk and earned value analysis, project buffer management and resource utilization.
• Lead and manage all working procedure from the start of creation of maintenance order to completion of
maintenance order like plan, schedule, execute, arrange labor and material and closure documentation.
• Manage contractors and vendors through the execution of the project to achieve commercial operation for
the project on time and on budget, and ensure problems are addressed.
• Preparation of detail daily, weekly and monthly reports for higher management with S-curves, histograms,
status, budget, risk, tables and graphs for visual reporting and presentations material.
• Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure quality of deliverables and timely submission of documents
including Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering.
• Assistance in technical proposal by developing WBS, OBS, Project schedule, project histogram &
execution strategy.
Preparation of level-4 plan by using Primavera and MS Project for Pre- activities and ensure that
all requirement are met to manage plan.
Preparation of SOW/RFQs/Contracts and Job orders for subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers.
Monitor timely delivery of required material on site and arrange heavy transport for shifting the material.
• Recommend alternative plans and solutions to planning, progress and cost control problems as may be required.
Responsibilities:
•Schedule & manage multiple projects at one time and resolve their issues timely without effecting project progress.
•Developed Control documents, such as, project schedules, progress measurement procedures, project execution strategies, communication & coordination protocols, document control registers, progress reports etc.
•Carry out progress assessment critically to ensure optimal project performance. Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk and earned value analysis, project buffer management and resource utilization
•Manage contractors and vendors through the execution of the project to achieve commercial operation for the project on time and on budget.
•Monitoring & Control the budget as per planned cost and utilize the savings for unplanned task. keeping the company and the projects cash flow positive.
•Assist in providing information requested by investors to achieving project financing and updating other project stakeholders through the project management tools and Oracle fusion.
•Preparation of SOW/RFQs/Contracts and Job orders for subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers.
•Preparation of weekly reports with S-curves, histograms, tables and graphs for visual reporting and presentations.
•Stewardship of Project closeout including finalization of punch-list/defects lists, handover certificates etc
•Coordinate day-to-day administrative, solar operational activities and monitor procurement process.
•Create new Dashboards and automate by using power query, VBA, Dynamic pivots and power BI.
•ERP integration with the project progress requirements. Prioritizing - Problem assessment and solving.
SUB CONTRACTOR : Doosan Babcock LLC
Plan and schedule the refurbishment activities of dehydration unit and boilers in DEWA & shutdown of SHAH GAS.
• Receiving and reviewing shutdown/overhaul work lists from Operations and Technical Services or maintenance
personnel, consolidating these into one plan, estimating requirements for craft disciplines, man hours, special assistance
and tools required.
• Detailed planning of the individual’s steps required to execute the scope from start to end.
• Prepares details of work completed, materials used, projected use of tools and equipment and expected date of completion
• Managed resources and temporary equipment’s required for execution of the scope.
• Provide status updates on scope development and input into the plan-for-plan to ensure the key milestones are on trackto
being completed.
• Provide input into integrated schedule & assist in developing the logic to ensure the dependencies are identified.
• Prepare the actual manpower deployment and present the variation of resource tomanagement.
• Report the management for early shortage of material and any activity that causes delay.
• Review and calculate the Change Request and Contract Trend Notice related to time impact.
• Followup the daily action items of the projects & resource mobilization as per budget.
SUB CONTRACTOR : Descon Engineering Limited Responsibilities:
•Plan Preventive, overhaul maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipments.
•Responsible for maintenance activities in Control Room & field and maintenance of Static Equipment in plant.
•Supervision of shutdown planning activities. This includes receiving and reviewing shutdown/overhaul work lists from Operations and Technical Services or maintenance personnel, consolidating these into one plan, estimating requirementsfor craft disciplines, man hours, special assistance and tools required.
•Participate / review project execution strategies and implementation schedules advise on logic, duration and mode of implementation.
•Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure quality of deliverables and timely submission of documents including Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering.
•Prepares details of work completed, materials used, up-to-date estimates of projected use of tools and equipment.
•Lead the weekly and daily meeting and present production and ahead strategy to catch up delays.
•Planned and supervised fabrication and erection of different projects in IMC TOYOTA.
•Detailed planning of the individuals steps required to execute the scope from start to end.
•Monitor daily fabrication, erection, and assembling and installation status.
•Ensure safety and quality compliance during fabrication and erection
•Prepare daily progress monitoring sheets & present to Client.
SUB CONTRACTOR : Qatar Engineering and Construction Company (Qcon) POSITION : Planning Engineer Responsibilities:
•Plan & Manage shutdown activities of QATAR GAS SOUTH of different equipments like heat exchanger, columns, vessel, piping, vessel, tanks & valves.
•Provide support to all departments during turnaround to complete the work on time as per the plan with safety and quality.
•Assistance in technical proposal by developing WBS, OBS, Project schedule, project histogram & project execution strategy.
•Monitoring the actual progress and compare with the approved baseline and take necessary action for delays.
•Follows up on material requisitions with respective functions static & rotary equipment maintenance.
•Monitoring the requirements and additional work and effect on overall plan.
•Preparation of daily detail report for higher management by showing overall progress, risk, delays, manpower histogram, material and equipment status and area of concern.
•Management of all trade and vendor personnel, coordination with client representative, and ensure problems are addressed.
•Plans and assigns all the daily activities and ensures the proper coordination with all the subordinated staff.
•Commissioning of the projects after the maintenance window ends.
SUB CONTRACTOR : EMDAD LLC POSITION : Planning Engineer Responsibilities:
•Plan & Manage shutdowns, piping and structure strengthen project in HABSHAN & BAB Plant.
•Lead the maintenance of Heat Exchangers, Columns, Vessel, storage tank, Jetting, loading/unloading, spading/De-spading, Hydro testing, Valves removal, various type of gaskets and installation of piping as per the drawing t etc.
•Update the daily progress report in Primavera schedule and attend daily client meeting to present the overall status of project.
•Preparation of level-4 plan by using Primavera and MS Project for Pre-shutdown activities and ensure that all requirement are met to turnaround plan.
•Prepare presentation for higher management regarding project update and submit daily progress report consisting of S-curve, actual manpower, delays, risk, critical path activities and separate equipment progress.
•Monitor project in Primavera P6 identify CPM to effectively convey the delays to higher management and take action to mitigate.
•Coordinating work assignments with other engineers and serving as liaison between the client and its customers, contractors.
•Monitor daily work on the site and ensure that work is performed according to appropriate working method and approved plan.
•Keep the record of the job which is out of scope and plan the upcoming activities.
•Monitor timely delivery of required material on site and arrange heavy transport for shifting the material.

Preparing and developing the work program and the main schedule according to contractual terms and condition.
