• Management of the Office’s budget, follow expenses and swift received from
Headquarter, preparation of payment (cheques), budget follow up on spreadsheet
• HR tasks: contracts, certificate, holidays, medical expenses, phones, etc…
• Administrative support provided to the GM, on a one-to-one basis
(Expense claims, diaries, travels, book hotels, vehicles, supplies, etc…)
• Point of contact between the GM and internal/external partners
• Producing reports and top quality presentations on Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Organizing incoming guests, reports, meetings, etc.
• Dealing with incoming emails, calls, faxes, taking notes, messages, etc...
