• Liaising with all the departments like HR, Accounts, Administration, Purchasing & IT to implement an in-house ERP based CAFM software and Help-desk in upgrading the organization more effective in term of using the technology as and where applicable with minimum cost input.
• Suggesting for ongoing improvements as and when required to increase the operational productivity and reduce the overhead expenses.

• Leading the team of 700+ employees and overseeing company’s “Facilities Management and Hospitality” operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Maintaining the entire MEP assets with appropriate PPM schedule for Properties and industrial kitchens producing more than 45, 000 meals per day

• Liaising with all external MEP and 3rd party certification contractor /Suppliers/Service providers for periodic inspection / testing /calibrating the gauges of all walk in chiller, freezers, weighing equipment’s, load testing of service lifts, and all other Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Fire suppression, Water tank cleaning, Exhaust hood & duct cleaning, Drain jetting, RO system, Boilers, Grease traps cleaning, Waste Compactors and civil fabric maintenance of the entire kitchens of ARC.
• Executing of any new ARC hospitality projects (Industrial Kitchen, Restaurants, Coffee shop franchising, Food Courts etc.) from the scratch until handover to the operation team with clear strategy of operating standards, menu planning within the given budget and review the on-going performance of all the operation of the site under the said partnership with the owner.
• Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.

Nature of Job:
Establishing the entire Facilities management department from scratch with effective utilization of the company’s resources (equipment, materials, cash and people).
Planning, direct and manage all required operational, procurement, financial, development and administrative activities regarding Facilities Management section for UAE and managing the retail fit outs projects in UAE and Oman.
Keeping track of the projects by following up progress of execution on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ensuring all schedules and budgets are studied carefully and commented on in terms of their feasibility for execution.
Liaising with the community management companies for forming the Owners associations and overseeing and monitoring all the sub-contractors performance on behalf of Developer and community management companies,

Responsible for the creation and implementation of Asset management, PPM programs, policies, procedures and operational objectives in all areas in coordination with the corporate management team.
Liaising with the community management companies(Strata Global, Premium Management etc) for forming the Owners associations and overseeing and monitoring all the sub contractors performance on behalf of Developer and community management companies,
