• Responding to sales enquiries for all Etisalat products & services like Fixed Lines, Internet and Lease Line connection for Residential and Business purposes
• Resolving corporate customers complaints and planning repairs or maintenance projects accordingly

• Interfacing with other functional departments in order to ensure smooth operations of the unit
