Completed 01 year training as Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Mechanical) at LPSC/ISRO, on VIKAS Engine Fabrication under MME, assigned with the following responsibilities:
•Solving the technical problems arising during the execution of work by offering better solutions.
•Reminding the precautions to be taken during handling and storage of materials and components.
•Fabrication operations including high precision CNC milling, CNC turning, Jig boring, Electron Beam Welding, Surface Treatment operations and Heat Treatment operations
•Consolidation of errors committed in production activities and implementing the corrective steps in the future.
•Clearance of weld set ups during critical welding processes.
•Witnessing Proof Pressure tests and Leak Tests of Components.
•Managing Non conformances.
•Implementation of recommendations given by different Committees.
•Obtaining schedule for hardware delivery and conducting frequent reviews to monitor the progress as per schedule.
• Major Project: At FACT Udyogamandal titled CONDITION MONITORING OF ROTATING EQUIPMENTS •Mini Project: Titled DIM AND DIP IN AUTOMOBILE •Participated in communication training program by BULATS (Business Language Testing Service). •Organized symposiums and industrial visits as an Executive Member of mechanical association. •Volunteered paper presentation held in our college. •Participated in a Workshop on project model held in PGP College of Engineering and Technology.
