Performs maintenance and repair of air compressors ( Kobelco 15HP and Atlas-Copco 10HP), Air Conditioning Unit (Koppel 3TR, 5TR and 7.5TR and Generator Sets (Cummins-Diesel 125KVA).
Performs maintenance and repairs of Heavy Equipment such as Forklift (Toyota and Komatsu 2.0 to 2.5 Tons.) and Stacker ( Rocla 2.0 Tons), Electrical Elevators/ Chain Hoist (Kito and MHE Demag 1.0Tons and 2.0 Tons), Hand Pallet truck (MHE Demag 1.0 to 2.0 tons.).
Performs plumbing works, electrical works, welding, painting and masonry works. Conducts maintenance and monitoring of general power supplies and circuit breakers.
Conducts inventory of spare parts and monitor purchase requisition.
Performs preventive maintenance of facility equipments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual).
Conducts monthly checking of fire fighting equipment such as fire extinguisher, fire hose cabinet, fire alarm and emergency light.
Does coordination of supplier and contractors for installation, maintenance and fabrication of facility and equipments for familiarization of function, usage, operations and troubleshooting technique.
Observes GMP- Good Manufacturing Practices, SHE- Safety Health and Environment, QMS- Quality Management Systems and actively participate in HACCP activity such as review and training.
Does others task as maybe assigned from time to time.

Preventive Maintenance- Electrical (EID)
Duties and Responsibilities:

Motor servicing, installation, wiring and control
Greasing, Vibration, Temperature and load monitoring of motor
Preventive Maintenance on electrical controls and motors
Resistance, Megger and no-load test of motor
Servicing and testing of pneumatic cylinder

Perform connection of clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of motors
Perform ballast or bracket replacement if necessary
Survey Circuit Breaker assuring in good condition
Perform troubleshooting of electric power failure
Perform delta and Y-delta connection on motors
Perform installation of welding machines
Perform installation of compressors
