Preparing LPO, Receipt and GTV in Oracle
♦ Sending LPO Suppliers & Receiving Stock with Cross Checking expiry date and Damage
♦ Day to day store operations: stock delivery, replenishment, organize regular and year - end inventories, visual
merchandising as per Brand guidelines and Company standards.
♦ Pushing ongoing growth of the store’s turnover.
♦ Provide regular feedback to Division Manager and back-office team on merchandise/stock availability.
♦ Market studies (competitors, customers etc.)
♦ Prepare Rota, manage attendance and people management.
♦ Training and Development of team members.
♦ Maintaining Grooming standards of self and team members.
♦ Assist Division Manager as and when required based on business needs.
♦ Prepare and deposit the sales of the shop and send the reports to accounts.
♦ Follow government authority guidelines related to handling of Food, Drinks & Tobacco products.
♦ Report immediately to Division Manager regarding any incident related to consumer, any visit to the store by
