Duties & Responsibilities:
• In the absence of QA/QC Manager, initiate weekly QA/QC meeting with the contractor/subcontractor, discusses all the activities, KPI’s and recommend technical solutions for any problems encounter at site.
• Review and approve all contractor/subcontractor PQP and other related quality documents, such as ITP, Method Statement, etc.
• Conduct external & internal audits.
• Manage the QA/QC of the works on site.
• Monitor subcontractor on quality of work submissions and records as such to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Directs, trains and supervises the civil inspectors.
• Perform Management & Quality Control of all materials and related activities in construction across.
• Visit factories / conduct FAT to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced.
• Hold the responsibility for the review and approval of all material submission by the contractor.
