Preparing contracts for the employees (Letter of Appointments, Employment Contracts & Contract Amendments)
Preparing selection email to candidates, coordinating with employee for documents to apply for employment visa and following up with the visa application process with the Public Relations (PR) department.

Preparing weekly and monthly status report submitted to the Director and Operations Manager.
Counsel Managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, discipline, formal grievance procedure/ mechanism and other employment matters.
Work with employees, supervisors, and various administrative units internal and external to HR to ensure the all the processes are completed effectively and efficiently.
Assisting employees with demobilization formalities, visa cancellation and demobilization ticket
Conducting exit interviews and analysing the data to develop ways to improve employee retention and engagement.
Assisting in implementing and updating of Employee information in the ERP system.
Assisting in general Employee Relations department tasks.
