Wining The Green Generation competition for my graduation project SOLAR POWERED REFRIGERATOR : Solar powered refrigerator can be used for many applications such as vaccine refrigerator and for camping journeys, Health disasters and the need of vaccine for children in remote areas that suffers from lack of health services and lack of electricity, was the reason behind this project. This project is a stand-alone solar powered refrigerator system using green Technics such as the use of a DC compressor which is more conservative energy powered consumption than AC compressor, Phase Change Material (PCM) as a thermal storage and Photovoltaics solar panel (PV) as a power source.
