• Built a new EMEA Presales Team from scratch. Hired 15 global Solution Engineers (Presales) in 3 locations (Romania, Spain, and Egypt). Including:
o Intensive custom-built onboarding program on state-of-the-art customer engagement and value-messaging techniques.
o Coaching, Business Reviews, Capacity Building, and implementing Personal/Career Development plans.
• Designed Team's Go-To-Market, Vision, Mission, Values, Strategy, and yearly Performance Objectives.
• Tripled Revenue closed by my team from FY20 (2.5M$) to FY21 (7M$ so far).
• All-EMEA Stakeholder managements and active participation in Sales forecast meetings.
• Presented Business Results to senior leadership and VP through automated and custom-built reporting from scratch.
• Implemented a Reduction in Force plans when necessary and required by corporate.
• Got Recognized and Awarded by Sales Teams in Western Europe and Middle East
