Responsibilities and Deliverables:
We have started this agency to bridge the gap in the market, creating a platform of an agency that delivers a strategy led creativity instead of Artworks only.
My duties and deliverables were:
1- CREATING CULTURE
- Hiring the right talents and creating the right atmosphere to be up to the standards of service and quality we want to deliver.
- Proactively lead and contribute to the on-going vision of the agency, leading by example and driving an entrepreneurial spirit within the management team.
- Working with senior client management team in helping to shift the agency’s relationships with clients from pure service delivery to becoming more consultative partners.
2- MANAGE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AT A SENIOR LEVEL
- Having a good nose for what’s happening with the agency’s clients, ensuring all relationships are healthy and intervening when appropriate.
- Raising the bar by providing inspirational client service principles and benchmarks to ensure that the agency is strategically leading clients and building strong, long lasting relationships.
3- NEW BUSINESS
- Overseeing and ensuring that opportunities for new business are developed, pursued and converted.
- Working closely with the New Business to define strategy and provide support for new business pursuit.
- Heavy involvement in running large pitches and new business activity, ensuring optimum productivity and success.
- We've created a very good portfolio in the first year including big names like Futtaim brands, Electro, Khayal Group, Bayt Al Sahwaya, Al Daham, Walaa Insurance, Liter Petroleum… etc.
4- CULTIVATE THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM AND BUILD INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Mentor business leaders within the agency, supporting them in the management and success of their teams, improving client satisfaction scores and account retention.
- Build strong partnerships with the senior Creative and Planning leaders and their departments, to ensure the agency delivers award winning work that generates measurable business returns for our clients.
- Effectively develop and grow connections, working relationships and joint ventures, inspiring innovation.
5- OPERATIONAL SUCCESS
- Acting as the central conductor for the agency, supporting the senior management team, new business team and Support Services (HR/Finance/IT etc) in improving operational processes, employee relations and client relationships.
- Take responsibility for client and employee audits, improving scores year on year.
6- COMMERCIAL AND BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Help to ensure business profitability (running staff cost meetings, ops meetings etc.)
- Contribute to the reporting and forecasting process.
- Keep abreast of market development and trends and actively network in order to identify potential opportunities for the agency.

Little Caesars is the fourth largest Pizza chain with over than 4000 outlets worldwide.
Based on the impressive results shown at HERFY, the Franchisee owner "Ahmed Said - HERFY CEO" have hired us to manage the marketing, advertising, & PR activities for Little Caesars starting by the first 3 outlets, and ending with over than 60 outlets covering the kingdom.
In this Plant, which is the integral factory for Printing, Dying, and Finishing Textile in Syria, I was the manager for three depts. In addition to handling other assignments / jobs, the responsibility shown to achieve in every duty was the mission of my team.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
1. Rotary Printing Screens Engraving Dept. Manager: The first step to start the textile printing procedure, the engraving procedure was not well known in Syria and had been controlled by few persons. I educated myself by reading books, training on the machines, gathering information to learn the business to hold this position and supervise the 3 full time shifts working in that dept.

The establishing of this company was a success story in the city of Homs.
The company was founded by individuals who initially sold computers from home. The hard working, creative and original marketing concepts about how to promote and make customers enabled Computer International main computer parts supplier in the middle region in Syria.
I was responsible for the marketing activities, contacting and selling to every computer center retailer. I was in charge of the assembling & maintenance dept.
I used to teach Computer Science, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Graphics programs (Photoshop & Corel draw) as well as Mathematics.
