" Management of all sales activities for purposes of meeting or exceeding all business plan and budgetary revenue, profit, new and existing sales targets.
" Proactively develop sales strategies to meet and exceed business financial targets. This includes management of sales pipelines for purposes of monitoring and driving sales activities, and forecasting future sales results.
" Build strong relationships with customers
" Management of reporting mechanisms and metrics to permit monitoring of sales results.
" Management and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to sales activities and processes. Demonstrate seamless teamwork with Marketing, Product Management & Cross-Business Counterparts to provide total customer solution.
" Participation in conferences, seminars, trade shows and related promotional activities.
" Communicate market conditions, anomalies, challenges, and opportunities.
" Managing all sales team to achieve their targets
" Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and coaching all associates
" Evaluate and coach sales staff, distributors and administrative staff
" Creates and sustains a performance driven culture by developing a competitive and enthusiastic environment.
