• Propose and ensure implementation of all logistical construction requirements associated with mobilizing site teams, including offices, communication infrastructure, transportation & accommodation arrangements, emergency evacuation procedures as well as medical facilities.
• Support construction managers with decisions and reviews relating to site offices and temporary facilities.
• Conduct periodic site visits to spot-check overall team performance and stand on critical issues to provide immediate remedy/directives for solutions or escalate to management for directives.
• Receive NOC requests and review for response within the acceptable timeframe.
• Receive Gate Passes requests (Soil investigations, Plots Demarcation, Site Mobilization, Third-Party Stakeholders periodic maintenance… etc.) and respond to requester with approval/rejection as per each request requirement.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors/clients requesting laydown areas and discuss/finalize all details and liaise with DC and Finance for License Agreements’ issuance and payments’ collections.
• Conduct joint-inspection visits to laydown areas for clearance upon license expiry/termination and provide evacuation form and clearance letters.
• Create formal letters and responses to formal letters (Arabic & English) as instructed by AVP and VP and coordinate with DC for signatories and release.
• Liaise with competent authorities (ADM and others) and attend joint site inspections to issue violation & warning notices for violating contractors whenever required and follow up for rectification/correction actions.
• Create and maintain updated tracker sheets for areas of responsibility and keep data base for all stakeholders as reference and follow up on mandatory documents’ collection as directed by AVP & VP and ensure proper verification of all construction activities.
• Organize and attend meetings (O&M and logistics) with PMC & main contractor and concerned teams as needed to stand on critical issues and provide directives for efficient solutions or escalate to line manager with recommendations and seek directives.
• Active participation in WhatsApp groups of areas of responsibility to respond to security urgent requirements at emergencies within & outside working hours.
• Receive inquiry mails and calls from stakeholders and provide responds with briefing about site requirements for mobilization (before, during and after) to eliminate/mitigate potential violations.
