Create product plans and conduct quality audits to determine accuracy of data and ensure enrollments and policy issuances are delivered to the clients on the agreed turnaround times (TATs).
-Supervise card issuance process and review policy documents, policy wordings, beneficiary user’s guide, policy schedules and request forms.
-Efficiently maintain reinsurance data pertaining to reinsurance account configuration and reinsurance share in the system.
-Review and validate computed premium and benefits in order to make sure calculations are in line with agreed quotations.
-Handle business queries and complaints from Participating Insurance Companies (PICs) and other clients proactively.
-Prepare monthly activity reports and statistical data for management’s review and information.
-Provides excellent customer service to the PIC’s with a view to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
-Data analyst to minimize risk and evaluate the performance for PICs portfolios and contracts.
-Deliver Training to existing staff and new staff members of production unit to improve their knowledge and ensure their professional development.
