As a Controller - Planning - Monitor, Guide and execute strategies of all operational activities pertaining to loading/discharging of containers via radio communication. At all times implement and comply with Environment, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures.
As an Operation SLA Analyst - Identify defects in Maersk vessel schedules as per SLA agreement, SLA vessels planning and operation from berthing to sailing providing solutions to meet and improve the required productivity set by management.
To collect data (quay side and yard side through sap application) in real time or stored data and organize/proceess them to generate reports as required by management for their decision making purposes. Furthermore, assist and provide information to customers pertaining to their cargo containers, also assist the equipmemt control officers by forwarding their equipment repair request to the concern technicians.
As a Document Controller - Maintain a systematic and easy to use filing system for easy cross reference of constantly updated actual project documents and shop drawings. Ensure that updated documents/shop drawings are release to the correct site personnel.
As a Site Secretary - Perform general office duties and administrative tasks e.g. type routine correspondence and reports, prepare and send transmittal, Information request, Inspection request to the consultant, filing of documents, answer telephone, screens callers, relay messages, greets visitors & store and maintain adequate office supplies for use.
Assist the manager in the implementation of company security policies and procedures. (SM Department Store / SM Hypermarket). These are but not limited to the investigation of store incidents such as thefts, and damage company properties and prepare corresponding reports, represent the company in filing appropriate charges and court proceedings of criminal cases of apprehended offenders, handle customer complaints pertaining to security incidents and assist customers in case of emergency, manage the daily staffing and deployment of security personnel as per requirement and conduct orientation for newly hired employees. Moreover, prepare and present monthly reports.
Convert my share of the territory sales development objectives into account level objectives done by using executional planners prepared on a monthly basis. Supervise my operators in their daily sales operation making sure selling, merchandising standards and all authorized promotions are executed and the desired daily sales target to be achieved. Also assist my operators in forecasting sales targets and converting sales into account-level targets and load forecast. Track my performance on sales volume and of my operators, sales development objectives and updates territory scoreboard daily. Implements authorized trade concessions and other marketing support to pertinent outlets and conduct surveys on operator territories and assess market status and availability. Finally preparing and presenting monthly sales report and sales forecast.
To achieve the account level objective given to the designated route by opening new Marginal and Anchor accounts (outlets) for the designated route, investigate and monitor operators in the merchandising implementation and concessions and other marketing support, conduct surveys on the designated route and train the operator of the designated route on proper selling techniques.
Tasked but not limited to the design and produce graphic sign layouts, photograph proposed billboard sites and finish projects, perform clerical duties and maintain sufficient inventory of supplies and equipment, collect monthly rentals and issuance of official receipts, prepare letters and quotations and handle petty cash fund.
