• Responsible for the tire man at service center for daily operation, sales and customer services regarding technical matters
• Assist costumer regarding tire sizes, tread pattern and some description of tires
• Responsible to ensure that the service or repair that carries out is on high standard, and the safety of the customer and his vehicle is number one priority, which in turn leads to better customer satisfaction
• Conduct tire inspection for truck and passenger car
• Conduct fleet monitoring on the company, to ensure safety and productivity of their vehicle
• Conduct investigation/inspection on company vehicle regarding tire related problem and then report to manager
• Deliver some tires order by customer as per invoice
• Prepare monthly report regarding technical issues
• Mounting and Demounting Tires
• Operate Tire Changer and Tire Balancer Machine
Specialized: in Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Range Rover, Lexus, Nissan Armada, Volvo, Volkswagen and other luxury cars…
• Tire Performance Testing (Drum Testing)
a. High Speed Test
b. Load Endurance Test
(To isolate and identify defective products, report and highlight variances/defects to line and quality control supervisor/manager)
• Bead Unseating Resistance Test
• Tire Break Energy ( Plunger ) Test
• Dynamic Wheel Balancing Testing
• Tire Physical Testing
a. Inflated Tire Dimension Measurement
b. Tire Belt Angle Measurement
c. Cut Sample Tire Preparation
d. Material Performance Sample Preparation

(Perform dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring and test equipments to ensure they conform to specifications)

(Conduct sampling inspection on finished goods to ensure they conform to specifications or quality)

Risograph and Automated Paper Cutter
