• Reporting to the General Manager (CEO) have responsibility for delivering a comprehensive Human Resources service to the business across its Gulf offices with a particular focus to our Saudi Arabia entity
• In Group companies Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Lead and develop the HR & administration team
• In accordance with company policies and strategies I was responsible for the management of Human Resources processes for the entire Country
• Provide management consultation on all personnel matters including employee relations, recruitment, retention, leadership effectiveness and performance management
• Creates, modifies and/ or implements all HR related procedures regarding staffing, training, hiring, compensation, disciplinary, payroll, time and attendance, etc.

• In accordance with company policies and strategies I was responsible for the management of Human Resources processes for the entire Project
• Provide the Project consultation on all personnel matters including employee relations, recruitment, retention, leadership effectiveness and performance management
