DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
• Coordinate administrative duties with other Human Resources sub-section.
• Reviews documentation to ensure its compliance with the established Polices and Procedure or guidelines and advises the Director of Human Resources accordingly.
• Establishes implements and maintains a filing system for all correspondence, departmental operating procedure and other administrative records.
• Responsible for the receipt, transcription, and distribution of correspondence and reports.
• Assist on a variety of minor executive duties as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
• Answers and directs all incoming calls.
• Transmits and maintains records of all outgoing faxes, both business and personal.
• Maintains inventory of all supplies within the Human Resources Department.
• Assist the Director in answering various correspondences.
• Participates in Personnel On-Call duties as needed.
