Working as PM in best corporation / Ethiopia - a fast fashion company with 45, 000 pcs per day capacity, KPI is Control budget, Cost & benefit, MIS justification of investment, Cost to Quality, to provide day to day simple solution to complex operational problems & implementation of lean production & efficiency systems & procedures.
• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
• Communication and Negotiation regarding orders status, delivery times scales with existing buyers (i.e. H&M, TCP legging )
• Responsible for operation and operational staff control management
• Sample Development & Executing Orders
• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
• Manage all task for smooth production and smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
• Regular factory visit / Production follow up
• Communicate always with merchandizing team and solve every production related issues involved merchandizing
• Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in floor.
• Advising and assisting production and quality team
• Achieve maximum production by lowest cost.
• Guiding IE team for increasing production.
• Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
• Coordinating Audits and Final inspections.
• Supply chain management & following shipments
• Supervising and Training for junior staffs.
