1. In-charge of company correspondence
2. Provides detailed, accurate and professional quotations for tours and excursions in line with quality standard that meet client expectations
3. Follows up enquiries and build up strong relationship with clients
4. Develops and maintains new and existing business
5. Maximizes sales potential to achieve team and individual targets
6. Follows up on marketing campaigns by making calls to clients or sending correspondence informing them of any promotion/updates about the services the company offers
7. Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers by proactively making calls to at least three potential customers a day resulting in an increase of sales
8. Helps in conceptualizing business plans and strategies
9. Performs other duties as requested or advised by the managing director
o Provides office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office:
Receives, directs and relays telephone messages and fax messages
Maintains the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences & telephone calls
Makes preparations for client meetings
Responds to public/customers’ inquiries
Provides word-processing and secretarial support
Types confidential documents on a word processing system
Provides the highest level of customer service at all times by being polite in greeting the clients and in answering their queries; following job etiquette; and being professional in answering calls by following telephone etiquette
o Makes reservations/bookings (hotels, tours and excursions, etc.)
o Types, posts, checks online visa applications
o Enters bookings and visa application files using a booking software
o Performs other duties as requested or advised by the managing director or CEO
