Responsible in setting-up quality records and filing system of incoming/out-going drawings at Site/Field Offices. Preparation of all shop drawing’s requirements in the field/job site, includes RFICC (request for information/ clarification/ confirmation), if required. Perform other task and duties as assigned by Senior Site Technical & Commercial Coordinator/ Project Manager.

Shuqaiq Project: Preparation of technical and supplemental documents for material submittal/ approval and perform materials’- technical coordination work. Represent the technical section in every MHI/ZACL weekly progress meeting, on ZACL internal weekly material approval procurement meeting conduct. Update and disseminate the register Material Submittal/ Approval and the list of Pending Materials. Preparation of RFI’s for any material technical matters requiring clarification and drawings confirmation in view of material categorization and definition as per contract BOQ. Perform coordination work to all suppliers’/ vendor’s on all related shop drawings and technical information, namely for checkered plates, gratings, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, rolling shutters, and others. Performing actual on-site physical survey in Fuel Oil Unloading Jetty structure (offshore facility) for in preparation and finalization of all related as-built drawings. Monitoring and updating the list of shop drawings issued for PDOC (Partner’s Document Control System, a MHI website based) uploading. Conduct on-site verification work as and when required for in preparation and finalization of shop drawings.

Shuaibah Project: Preparing weekly and monthly progress report. Checking of in-coming/ received drawings prior issuance for constructions. Conduct internal site progress inspection, monitoring of project progress and productivity against planned program/ schedule. Revise and update the program/ schedule for reporting to Engineer and management. To prepare and to submit weekly progress/ monthly progress report and forenightly progress report, and will be submitted officially to Doosan and ZELAN KL & Abu Dhabi Regional Office, respectively. Preparation of shop drawings and other related drafting works given by Project Engineers and Project Manager.

• Prepare and monitor the cash flow of the survey and design. Submit a monthly expenses/liquidation report incurred during and after the completion of survey and design works/project.
• Preside a weekly progress meeting, control the staff, and monitor the movement and performance of survey and design personnel. Prepare and submit a weekly progress report.
• Represent the company in any meetings that has conducted by the project owner and others called meeting by public and private entities concerned/related to the project.
• Monitor the progress of securing right-of way permits and other necessary permits to all concerned government and affected private entities prior for the commencement as in part or in whole of project.
• Conduct on-site study and detailed design surveying for aerial and conduit cable installation including special attachment such on wall and bridge attachment; application of buried cable and subscriber entrance and house cable.
• Perform coordination work on any concerned government agencies during the period of cable network designing work (particularly on proposed underground and bridge attachment facilities) and secure approval of the proposed design/ rehabilitation drawings that are required by national and local government for the issuance of working permits.
• Prepare a detailed planning and scheduling of survey and design./ Estimate bill of quantities.
• Represent the department in every project progress meeting that is presided by the Project Manager and/ or the Vice President of Operation and Engineering Division. / Perform all duties as given by Vice President, Operation and Engineering Division
