• Coordinating with Team for providing fiber optic connection to the Du mobile Sites and FNE customer Premise’s.
• Making sure all the Safety procedures are followed by Fiber installation team before start the Fiber cable installation which includes all the Man holes properly brigade with traffic cones, warning tape and traffic signals in case of Underground fiber connection and in case of overhead fiber connection all the safety measures are taken.
• Ensuring all the Fiber installations are done as per SOP inside and outside customer premises.
• Coordinating with Du implementation Engineer / Design Engineer in case of any technical issue during the survey and project implementation.
• Preparing Survey Report and submitting to Du implementation Engineer for review and approval.
• Customer Complaint handling, trouble tickets assigned by Du Implementation Engineer or new fiber activated lines.
• Coordinating with Clients for the Permit to work (PTW) on their premises.
• Prepare all necessary materials as required to complete the given site.
• Preparing Site Completion Report (Photos), SLD (AutoCad), and Test Result Report.
• Preparing Bill of the quantity (BOQ) as per the completed site for invoicing.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager

• Responsible for Site Supervision of Project Security Solutions. Undertakes review of Contract Design Drawings and specifications which includes Material Inspection, RFI’s review, Proposed Design Change review, Work Inspections, Submittal’s review, supervise Testing and Commissioning to ensure effective delivery of projects as detailed further.
• Specializes in providing specialist design and planning advice for upfront planning, resultant design and on-going operation of any security application in accordance with the Technical Specifications, financial and management requirements and expectations.
Undertakes complex and secure projects and understands the specific and detailed requirements as per projects demand.
• Site Supervision, Testing and Commissioning.
• Supporting Security contractors during SIRA inspection for the approval of CCTV system.

• Coordinating with Subcontractors Team for providing FTTx (FTTH / FTTB) connection to the customer Premise’s

• Customer Complaint handling, trouble tickets assigned by NOC due migration or new fiber activated lines
• Issue trouble ticket to the concerned team and ensure TTs are prioritized according to severity.
• SLA monitoring & ensuring customer complaint cleared as per given SLA.
• Prepare Ftth checklist and activity reports.
• Do the site survey and prepare the survey and design Report Related to FTTx.

• Manage and follow up on all technicians on site conveying related issues to them such as how to execute the project in proper and in standard way and monitor assigned daily/weekly progress report and general project installation requirements
• Over all Supervision of Technicians, Site Supervisors and Engineers in Site Installations
• Checking the quality of work, keep tracking of the open projects and provide periodic status reports to the Project manager
• Responsible for providing the right tools, equipment and materials to be used in site.
• Responsible for arranging the materials from logistics department to be delivered to site
• Conduct detailed site survey, in order to document the data and voice layout and Connectivity. Develop an Engineering and detailed design for the voice and data Horizontal and Vertical Intra Building Cabling, Main Distribution Frame, Telecommunication Closets and Central Equipment Rooms.
• Follow up the work progress and prepare the progress reports.
• Inspect the work at site; making sure that it is done in the right way

• Coordination of implementation resources, documentation, scheduling and budgeting.
• Liaising and coordination with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisor, planner, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Perform day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure work packages are executed as per the schedule.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Resolving any unexpected technical/projects difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Responsible for status reports, documents and final drawings for submittals.
• Prepare design estimate for Structured Cabling Systems.

• Prepare the Job Order for the installation of containment, equipment and cable pulling, testing, toning, (UTP, Copper and Fiber Optic Cables).
• Prepare the drawing for cable pulling in the containment, of how many cables, type of cable, size of cable and cable labeling.
• Supervise, coordinate and review the work of various technicians engaged in maintaining, repairing and operating cable machinery and equipment, including the repair and replacement.
• Arrange to rectify the snags for inspection by the consultant.
• Installation of CCTV Camera, PAS Speaker, PIS LCD Monitor.
• Terminating and splicing fiber optic cable multimode & single mode (Indoor & Outdoor Cable)
• Perform testing and rectification of fiber optic cables using Fluke network (DTX 1800/1200 series cable analyzer) and OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer).
