Contribute to creating an ambiance appropriate to the prestige image of the store.
Assist customers and prospects with merchandise selection and purchase decision.
Maximize sales by advising customers on further purchases i.e.; complimentary outfits, accessories etc.
Maximize sales by developing effective client database and developing professional relationships.
Ensure the upkeep of staff client databases.
Assist in visual merchandising of the store.
Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, POS etc.
Observe store procedures and guidelines for merchandise display and storage.
Provide support and direction to less experienced members of staff.
Conduct store orientation for new employees.
Ensure store procedures are observed by all staff in absence of store supervisor.
Provide feedback and make recommendations to store supervisor in sales, merchandise, stockroom and customer issues.
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and training.
Carry out tasks and assignments as directed by line manager.

Achievements: Customer base establishment with the quality service and it helped to generate more revenue.

Receiving payments, issuing receipts and handling cash.
Ensure that merchandise is sorted, handled, and displayed in accordance with brand guidelines, and assist with the presentation of window displays, promotional presentations, and sales campaigns as assigned.
Answer telephone calls courteously and provide callers with information as requested, record and relay messages correctly.
Maintain the stockroom properly and neatly at all times as per store procedures.
Perform other store duties as needed to ensure smooth operations and to meet customers' needs
Pre-Deliveries: Follow up with the suppliers in regards to the on time deliveries.
Post-deliveries: Follow up with the customer after delivery, take the feedback and update in the customer survey sheet.
Reporting to Supervisor with MIS & Sales Report report.
Making Customer Footfall and daily stock report for the records purpose.
Participating in a half yearly and annual stock and conducting re-checking for the products.
Manage the hygiene, cleanliness and overall work environment of the unit and development of a culture within the team, aligned with the overall culture of the Shop.
Organizing teams to deliver the right solution, at the right time, in the right way with the right quality, nurture Client relations and uncover opportunities for additional customer services.
Achievements: Helped to expand business with quality services and given responsibility of Shop In charge.
