 Project evaluation, budgeting and derive a strategy plan. By understanding the demand of the project, estimation of supply, lead time, cost, stock, inventory are communicated to the client and their vendors.
 A ‘SOP’ is derived with the independents scope and responsibilities.
 Procurement, inventory, stocking, cross docking and supply of material as the project demands.
 Forecast on Liner movements and slot arrangements. Liaise with the government authorities for the necessary permission (as and when required)
 Internal coordination with agent office as and when required
 Reporting of project deliveries to the client, cost analysis.
 Cargo routing, follow up, shipment tracking and arrange a smoother clearance and delivery to the project site with track of Fleet arrangement and safety measures.
 Data management of vendors and service providers and a check on their performance periodically.
 Constant meeting with the client and their suppliers (Major Clients as SHELL, EXXON, HALIBURTON, WEATHERFORD)

 Responsible for DUBAI / RTA METRO project (Inland clearance and delivery to site)
 Constant meeting with the client and their sub-contractors.
 Involving independent surveyors for high value cargos and special equipments
 Surveying the break-bulk shipment and layout the complete structure of the operation such as equipment requirement, document requirement, cost of operation, duration of delivery, etc...
 Handling of routed shipments, B2B shipments, freight negotiation with liners and transport companies.
 Fleet arrangement, site inspections, distribution delivery and Invoicing
 Liaising with customs department and vessel agents for relationship and business

 Planned, scheduled and managed all activities related to successful implementation of Logistics management, Chemical bulk movement, sea import / export, through a dynamic team.
 Identified and evaluated existing employees’ capabilities and tapped their resources to achieve Optimum results.
 Create and maintain ethical, sustainable relationship with suppliers Like Mitsuo Chemicals, Momentive, Oxea, SOPO, Eastman, Cray valley, Shell, Sumitomo, Sipchem, Sasol, Exxon, SK Energy, Petrosa and comply with the procurement & all other necessary policies & procedures.
 Handled the Import, Export of chemical tanker in mode of chartered vessel, ISO tanks and Flexi tanks loading.
 Liaising with port agents, jetty operators and barge operators for smoother operation coordination.
 Coordinating with the independent surveyor appointment for quantity and quality assurance
 Negotiation of freight rates, Constant meeting with vendors / service providers
 Settling the ships demurrage received after each rotation of the vessel. Convincing the supplier and the customer to pay off the demurrages.
 Performance review, production and production capacity balancing within the team, team building.

 Responsible for Planning and executing day-to-day operations and laying out a day job completion plan for Sea freight team
 Supervise and coordinate with the transporters for timely deliveries of inbound and outbound containers at the destined areas.
 Liable for Supervision and preparation of customs documents and port clearances, Guarantee returns and collections
 Surveying the break-bulk shipment and layout the complete structure of the operation such as equipment requirement, document requirement, cost of operation, duration of delivery, etc...
 Handling of routed shipments, B2B shipments, freight negotiation with liners and transport companies.
 Handling of Project cargo such as exhibition cargo, UNICEF cargo, US Army supplies ect..
 Expertise in Preparing SOP according to client’s requirements in accordance with our team analysis
 Handling of procurement, shipping of project cargoes such as Aggreko, Alderly, Alstom, Supreme foods, Kempenski Hotel (SKI Dubai), Drake & Skull, Monarch Hotel, Audi cars, sea - air cargoes.
 Responsible for Profit analyzing and file closings, Monthly reports and Solving customer complaints
 Providing Trainings to the team for customs practice and document processing
 Self evaluation and team evaluation, motivation of low performers.
