• Managing and leading CRM, SFA, E-Com, Order Management projects across multiple organisations of Pepsi within KSA (Central & Eastern Region)
• Responsible for the overall health of the implementation project, overseeing day-to-day initiatives and timelines that guide members through their implementation checklist and activities.

• CRM Implementation involving Sales Tools (.Net Application) and HHT Mobility Solution
o Delivery of UNIKAI IT PROJECTS
o Managing Internal Project Team, Project Budget, Project Forecast, of UNIKAI.
o Managing change control within the Project Risk level, identifying new scope of technology projects.
o Manage vendor relationships for business applications and maintenance SLA performance.
o Assisting CEO and other Head of business functions to ensure compliance of business application portfolio with functional global best practices.

• As a business analyst gathering requirements from business stakeholders to understand the existing business process and provide documentation to business for signoff.
• Coordinating with Internal IT Development Team to transform the requirement into feasible business friendly solutions
• Conducting demo/prototypes of marketing services offered by Siebel out of box functionality on Campaign Management, Event Management, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and Fax Marketing
• Preparing mapping document of the requirement and mapping the same as per Siebel OOB functionality
• Creating design documents (HLD/LLD) and development methods as per Standard Siebel Methodology and following all aspects of effort estimation
• Identifying major and minor gaps in the business process and preparing a gap matrix
