Product Introduction (NPI) project and machine improvement project.
Key responsibilities:
* Creation of machine design concept by 3D modeling software, components selections,
mechanics and kinematics feasibility and machine assembly.
* Drawing creation for parts and assembly.
* Production trial which include data collection machine process optimization.
Achievements:
* Successfully completed FOUR NPI machines for europe and China market, 1 cost down
projects and 1 improvement project to Japan.
Key expertise: Design software( Solidworks), Geometric and tolerance analysis, Tolerance
stack-up method, Design of experiment (factorial method).

* Successfully completed THREE New Project Introduction (NPI) projects to India, Philippine

- Handle structural reliability of components which include vibration, sound, stress
analysis using various facilities including Reverberation, anechoic chamber etc.

sound spectrum (Octave band), heat transfer, project management.
