 Responsible for leading sales & Business development for our product program with the Horeca(Hotels, restaurants, catering)segment. This would include strategy & execution, operations & vendor management, quality control audit & regulatory compliances, financial management and relationship management with Horeca sector.
 Create and execute a strategy and detailed business plan for providing and promoting our products.

 Draft legal documents(application forms, declarations, agreements, contracts) and negotiate key terms & conditions with clients, partners, vendors, ect
 Upload operating and financial data into relevant databases and ensure timely submission of supporting invoices and other documents to management.
 Plan, execute and experiment with a variety of acquisition & distribution channels, program discounts/ offers, ect.
 To measure, evaluate and report the P&L performance and other KPIs for the products and each product-line against goals.
 Develop and ensure adherence to protocols and standard operating procedures for management workflows such as regulatory compliances, processes (supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, quality control, distribution, ect.), client/vendor issue resolution, online updates, ect.
 Hire, train and mentor program support staff and enlist the help of existing team members to deliver on program objectives.
 Overlook logistics, negotiations ect. For products related promotional events and marketing campaigns.
 Collaborate with designers to develop ongoing market support for our products and our clients.
