Responsibilities including:
Responsible for leading sales & Business development for our product program with the Horeca(Hotels, restaurants, catering)segment. This would include strategy & execution, operations & vendor management, quality control audit & regulatory compliances, financial management and relationship management with Horeca sector.
Create and execute a strategy and detailed business plan for providing and promoting our products.
Leverage/build relationships with key players in Horeca and related industries such as hospitality, food & beverage, retail distribution channels.
Develop comprehensive protocols for quality control and periodic audits of kitchens, points of sale and our products. Lead the training of related staff, waiters, chefs, ect.
Draft legal documents(application forms, declarations, agreements, contracts) and negotiate key terms & conditions with clients, partners, vendors, ect
Upload operating and financial data into relevant databases and ensure timely submission of supporting invoices and other documents to management.
Plan, execute and experiment with a variety of acquisition & distribution channels, program discounts/ offers, ect.
To measure, evaluate and report the P&L performance and other KPIs for the products and each product-line against goals.
Develop and ensure adherence to protocols and standard operating procedures for management workflows such as regulatory compliances, processes (supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, quality control, distribution, ect.), client/vendor issue resolution, online updates, ect.
Hire, train and mentor program support staff and enlist the help of existing team members to deliver on program objectives.
Overlook logistics, negotiations ect. For products related promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers to develop ongoing market support for our products and our clients.
Responsibilities including:
Assist Business develop manager to set up the whole year sales promotion and sales target;
Approach the Potential Clients and develop the Product Ranges.
Organize the Brand Events with client and use social media to promote our own brand.
Participation and organize GULF FOOD SHOW 2016.
Organize our own brand ROAD SHOW to our current client and potential client.
Assist new team member to get training of the whole operation and product knowledge.
Daily Client Visiting; Offer personal touch to maintain client relationship and finding the potential sales;
Achieve Sales Targets and Maximize profit.
Promoting the Special Offer or Special Promotion during the festival season;
Checking with Purchasing Team to make sure the Stock Inventory and Client’s special requests.

Restaurant Reservation June 2014 - December 2014 Responsibilities including:
• Present, sell and up sell the outlets and related services to potential and existing customers in order to achieve the F&B department sales target;
• Must answer incoming calls from potential customers and contact
customers via phone or mail and schedules appointments with clients or perspective customers as appropriate.
• Interacts with other sales personnel within the hotel.
• Creates and implements professionalism sales dealing to achieve greater
profitability through increasing Food and Beverage Check, increasing
