HR officer
• Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties to ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Act as a primary source of contact for all employee queries and ensure that they are dealt in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure that accurate and up to date information is provided to employees relating to their benefits to minimise the risk of error and ensure that employees are satisfied with the level of service provided.
• Communicate courteously with internal and / or external customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships, investigating, responding to concluding issues and queries in a timely manner.
• Employee Counseling & Exit Interview for the yard workers.
• Organizing and preparing the Labour camp audit report.
• Tracking the leave records for the overstay employees.
• Preparing daily yard location day shift and night shift report.
• Arrange occupational health card for yard workers.
• Processing monthly hire man-hour report for accounts department.
Store Officer
• Managing the inputs and outputs and the company registered on the system daily.
• Receipt of the materials coming from the factory to the production department, who is in the store and duly registered
• The introduction of the final products and registered in the system.
• The processing of applications and check the quality and quantity required and safety conditions.
• Receipt of items and check their quality and to deal with non-matching material to the quality specifications correct ways whether it needs to maintain or re-manufacturing
• Inventory from time to time to make sure of the correct quantities and matching
• Action on the Status of inventory and determine material requirements and reports describe the state of the store.
