• Participating in advising, building & following up the implementation of DEF's strategic plans and policies.
• Leading the staff to build and implement the executive plan of the branch to achieve Operational objectives and strategic goals of DEF.

• Recruit and hire new employees in cooperation with personal committee and Civil Service Bureau: Write and post a job ad, Review resumes, Pre-screen candidates, administer skills tests, interview applicants, discuss benefits and compensation, Make a hiring decision .
• Providing adequate training to help workers develop their skills.
• Keep track of employee performance: work with managers from different levels to track and analyze employee performance and be able to provide feedback and guidance to the employee.
• Facilitating and moderating the employee-DEF relationship in order to make sure that DEF’s leadership is able to effectively communicate goals and requirements, and our employees have good conditions to perform well, be creative, and work towards achieving the DEF’s objectives.

• Supervising of market research and feasibility studies.
• Undertaking field research and sector studies.
• Evaluating DEF’s activities and also NGO activities financed by DEF.

• Supervising the following sections: correspondence, maintenance, transportation, telephone operations, security, storage and filing, Cleanliness, Security, recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Supervising and executing the procurement processes.
I am responsible for:
• Participated in preparing annual reports, studies, working papers, brochures.
• Participated in collection and dissemination of statistics from national and international sources.
• Participate in setting the general framework for the methodology of preparing and implementing different studies and researches according to the priorities of the projects.
• Provide all necessary information need by planning Directorate.
• Preparing needed reports.
