- Assistant Group Admin.Manager
* Shanfari Group Of Companies - Muscat / Oman
* Group was established in 1960, around 3500
employee was working in the entire Group with
different nationalities, were located in more than 30
companies working in the Group .
• Reviewing all various daily admin. work related to
Group divisions & streamline the process by centralizing
all admin. work at our dept. to prevent incurring
additional cost & preventing employing additional
experienced staff to handle daily job in each division as
all Group.Admin.job is centralized, managed &
operated by me along with my admin.team working
under my direct supervision .
• Participating in developing HR policies & programs for
the entire group & giving full support to Group .
• Participating in organizational planning & development,
employment & employee relations .
• Participate in originate HR practices & objectives that
will provide a balanced program throughout all
companies in the group .
• Coordinates Implementation of Group policies .
• Protects interests of employees & the comp. in
accordance with comp. human resources policies &
Oman governmental laws & regulations
• Assist in resolving major employee relations issues &
concerns.
• Directs a progress of organizational planning that
evaluates structure, job design & manpower forecasting
throughout all companies in the group.
• Participate in evaluation & reviewing of Group plans &
changes to plans related to Group Admin.Job
• Participate in establishing wage & salary structure, pay
policies, employee benefit & services .
• Follow up recruitment, compensation & benefits,
payroll, .etc .
• Preparing for new Labour Clearances, all kind of Visas
& labour Cards, airfare, daily Res.Cards & Visa
renewals & paying renewal fees to Ministry
of Manpower .
• Preparing & signing service agreements, appointment
letters for employees working in the entire Group
• Preparing correspondence letters addressed to Ministry
of Manpower, Immigration Dept., Municipalities,
Customs, Ministries, etc .
• Preparing & signing internal circulars / memos
addressed to our Group companies for matters related
to Group Admin.Job .
• Follow-up renewals of Group commercial agencies
registered in group name .
• Follow-up renewal of all Group Chamber Certificates,
CR, Municipality, Tax Certificates, Real Estate Tenancy
agreements.
• Preparing & calculating leave settlement for all
employees who intends to go on annual leave or any
other kind of leave as well as calculating end of service
benefits for all left service employees .
• Follow-up & facilitate issuing of our Group Labour
Clearances especially for divisions not achieving
Omanization % required by Ministry Of Manpower.
• Follow - up and preparing the yearly Omaniz. plan for
the entire Group companies which required by Ministry
of Manpower .
• Replying for all explanations of the entire Group
divisions for matters related to Admin., via phone, e-mail
which is used extensively by me for contacting our
Group divisions, etc, & giving them necessary advises &
solutions, also replying for incoming official
correspondence for Ministries, companies, .etc
• Follow- up any new rules issued by Ministry Of
Manpower, Immig. dept .etc & inform our Group
divisions accordingly .
• Preparing all social insurance monthly calculations
related to the entire Group & sending necessary memos
so as to pay the required amount .
• Be sure of cancelling all left service employees
from Ministry records.
• Since the date I joined Shanfari Group, I established
new software computer system related to Human
Resources Management Dept. (HRM System)
